Users may request a refund within 7 days of purchasing a personal subscription, or within 7 days after their requested content is complete and published for a professional subscription.

User-Generated Content:

Users retain ownership of any content they create or upload to our platform directly. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over this content. However, by uploading or sharing content to Nyoma's professional platform, users grant our platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display this content in connection with our services.

Data Privacy and Security:

We take data privacy and security very seriously. Any data stored on our platform will not be sold or shared with third-party vendors or advertisers. However, users are ultimately responsible for safeguarding their own data and protecting their passwords from unauthorized access.
